my friend told me about this and told me it was dangerous DEPENDING ON THE USAGE! so i read the instructions, only took 1 scoop and thats enough for me within 10min. i start feeling my blood flow going, getting pumped and ready to go. I was surprised by the results since my work outs always depended on how my mood was so some days i worked out like a beast some days i half ass it so i almost gave up on working out but i decided to give it a try and gave me the motivation i needed once i start working out i get into my work out zone and push my myself HARD! and with this i have the energy to do so and even after my work out i dont feel tired. I love it and 1 scoop is enough for me and wish the other reviews mentioned how many scoops they took to feel the symptoms. |

Does what it is supposed to to |
I use 1 to 1.5 scoops before a workout and have never had a bad experience. Just the benefits of increased energy, focus, and stamina. It has helped me do more reps, and increase weights when I used it. I think some people can have bad reactions, but that is true with any product on the market. My advice would be to try it yourself, and if you have any problems, sell or give the powder to someone who uses it. It's a pretty popular pre-workout mix.
Also don't over do it. It says 3 scoops is the max dose, but I've never gotten near that, and don't think you would need to, unless you are a hardcore workout warrior. Also, make sure to take a break from it for a few weeks every now and then, as recommended. I usually switch up products to try to optimize effect. But this one is my favorite, because I can tell it works. |

Felt it instantly! |
I read all the reviews from 1-5 stars. I wanted to make sure I was getting my money's worth. Anways I started off with 2 scoops and one review I read was it gave him this itchy feeling under the skin that didn't feel good. I got that as well the first couple days. I had to stop taking my other pre-workout supplements because this one worked so good. It really gives out that extra rep or set. It motivates you more and makes you want to keep pumping and not taking breaks. Anyways I don't get that weird feeling under the skin anymore it was just the first couple of days.
I'm going to try Jack3d next after this cycle. Anyways No-xplode worked great for me and hopefully it does for you too! |

Item seems to work and help work outs, but it was not padded well and fork lift or something had put a hole in the side of box and product container causing product to be missing and unknown until opened sent by US Postal Service with speakers. |
